Yoder & Frey Giveaway Terms & Conditions
By participating in the giveaway, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The giveaway is being run by Yoder & Frey.
Eligibility to Enter
The giveaway is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Yoder & Frey employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded. There is a limit of one entry per person and entry is completely free.
The two grill prizes are available only to registered customers physically on-site during the auction. Cooler prizes may be awarded to both on-site and online registered customers.
All customers wishing to be eligible to win a prize must be registered for the auction.
The Prize
The prizes include:
• Pit Boss 1600 Pro Series 1572-Sq. Pellet Grill
• Blackstone 28” Culinary Omnivore Flat Top Grill
• A selection of coolers
The use of specific brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. Yoder & Frey reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require doing so. Yoder & Frey’s decision on any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding.
Winner Announcement
Winners will be chosen at random through a randomized choice containing all eligible entrant names. The prize draw and winner announcements will take place on auction day, Thursday, June 18th 2026.
The winners of the grills will be announced on-site during the auction. Cooler winners will also be announced on-site. Any online cooler winners will be contacted by email or contact number provided.
Auction Details
The auction will take place at:
300 Raymond Hill Road
Newnan, Georgia 30265
Customers must be on-site during the auction to be eligible for the grill prizes. All prize entrants must also be registered bidders/customers for the auction.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information provided when entering the giveaway will be used by Yoder & Frey for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for other purposes as specified in the Yoder & Frey Privacy Policy.
If requested by Yoder & Frey, winners agree to release their first name to other participants. Winners’ first name may be announced on Yoder & Frey channels.
Limitation of Liability
Yoder & Frey accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the giveaway or being selected for a prize.
General
Yoder & Frey reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions.
